In an announcement, the White House said the expulsion of Jakiv Palij, who lived in New York City, was done right off the bat Tuesday.

After World War II, Palij shrouded his contribution in the butcher of Jews at the Trawniki camp in Nazi-involved Poland and picked up section to the U.S. by guaranteeing he was an agriculturist and assembly line laborer.

In spite of the fact that a judge requested Palij expelled in 2004, he kept on living in limbo at his home in Queens on the grounds that no nation would acknowledge him.

Palij's destiny in Germany is indistinct as prosecutors have already shown there doesn't have all the earmarks of being sufficient confirmation to bring wartime charges.
