A lady was whipped and strutted exposed by a savage horde on Monday morning in Bhojpur area on doubt of being engaged with murder of a nearby youth.
Body of a nearby youth Bimlesh Sao, 19, was found from railroad track at Bihiya town, somewhere in the range of 25 km from Ara, locale central command of Bhojpur on Monday morning.
